Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every college gets a one-month free trial, starting when the college is set up.
Does it work without internet?: Yes. Pages you have opened stay readable offline and changes are saved and sent when the internet returns. First sign-in and uploads need internet.
Can it be installed on a phone?: Yes. It installs straight from the website on Android, iPhone, tablets and laptops, with its own icon.
Is each college's data kept separate?: Yes. Each college sees only its own staff, students and records, and has its own licence and trial.
